  •   lead-times: enhanced service, responsiveness and flexibility.
  •   production costs : optimising our manufacturing processes.

With regard to these three points, the continuous improvement philosophy is developed throughout the company to ensure :

  • Operational objectives defined on an annual basis.
  • A Quality Management System put in place to ensure the actions undertaken to achieve the objectives and results expected.

We apply this approach in order to comply with ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR 820 (Link for certificate).
